Manipulate live sound visualizations by moving sliders on a DJ Deck. Unfortunately, the Maxim.js library used by Processing for audio has issues in Firefox. It works best in Google Chrome.
This is an app I made using Processing - a programming language, development environment, and online community. The code is created in a language based on Java, and then processing.js renders your code onto a HTML5 canvas so that it can be viewed in modern browsers.
The app I created is a Virtual DJ/ Music Visualizer, featuring a Deck with various controls to alter the speed, volume, track played, and also control and apply filters to the visualization displayed. Each visualizition produced reacts to the different aspects of the music. For example, if you alter the tempo using the speed slider, the vizualization will move faster. Or if you increase the volume, the shapes in the visualization are amplified.
